Referrals to EUC are not required. However, we welcome referrals from all health professionals including specialists, general practitioners and allied health professionals.
A discharge summary will be promptly supplied to the referrer and patient.

We are open to collaboration associated with establishing in-house subspecialist services and streamlined referrals to local private hospitals as well as to specialist rooms.
Infusions
If you would like to refer a patient for an infusion, please include a referral letter with the relevant clinical details and ask the patient to call us on 1300 EUC DOC to arrange the most suitable appointment time.
EUC is a multi-disciplinary emergency and urgent care clinic. We are open to expressions of interest from specialist doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, administration staff and medical students. We will also consider working relationships with all other allied health professionals.
