Scott has been nursing on the coast for 26 years, interrupted briefly when he worked on the Isle of Man before travelling throughout Europe for 12 months with his amazing wife.
Initially gaining experience on surgical wards and working as a Clinical Nurse Educator, Scott has been working as an Emergency Nurse now for 11 years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. He is dedicated to providing high level care to every patient and is particularly interested in wound care.
Until recently, Scott was also involved in teaching nursing students at The University of Newcastle. He is passionate about education and strongly believes that nurses have an obligation to nurture and mentor new clinicians.
When not at work Scott likes to spend time with his amazing wife (still the best nurse he knows),his 2 daughters and Labrador. He likes to play almost any sport but he is both a cricket and golf tragic.
